Returns are accepted for defective merchandise or mispicks (incorrect garment was received). We are not able to accept returns for incorrect sizing or unwanted merchandise at this time. Please note that any item that has been personalized with a name or number cannot be returned. For defective merchandise or incorrect garment received, you can obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at team@signatureconcepts.com. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
Claims for mispicks or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
